For those who have been following me for a long time, you know that July 4th was the day that my daughter’s father (my ex husband) passed away. He was an avid Peachtree runner. Running 26 Peachtree Road Races in a row, always on July 4th, in Atlanta, Georgia. Interesting that he chose July 4th to leave. My daughter is having a difficult time right now, having graduated from High School, on her way to begin college, just turned 18 all without her father.
As a single mother, sending a teen off to college, never mind a cooking school is challenging enough. She needs tags and insurance for her father’s truck, books, supplies, college dorm bedding, a lap top computer and a stipend for food each month. Her college is costing $50,000.
