The 5 Tibetan Rites The Fountain Of Youth

For over a year, I have practiced the 5 Tibetan Rites. I have noted that my facial skin has toned, my jawline has become more defined and my neck has toned. My body has become more fit, flexible and I am constantly complimented on how my arms are toned.

In ten minutes a day, we can have the body and face we desire!

The wonderful thing about this exercise practice is that not only does it tone our body, it energizes, reduces stress, clears our chakras and energy field as well as balancing the entire endocrine system.

Why is the endocrine system so important you ask? You ask such great questions! The website Live Science says, “The endocrine system is made up of the pituitary glandthyroid glandparathyroid glandsadrenal glandspancreasovaries (in females) and testicles (in males), according to the Mayo Clinic.”

What can these exercises do for you? Keep your hormones balanced and working properly long after most are taking pills, patches or using other methods to stay sexually healthy. Your body will be more fluid, vital and alive and your stress levels in check.

Each exercise is done in increments of three. I began doing three repetitions of the five exercises and have steadily built up to nine. The maximum number of repetitions is 21. Breathe deeply through each exercise. Breathing deeply helps to ignite the Vagus nerve which alleviates depression and anxiety.

Can’t do this alone? You don’t have to. I would love to hear what challenges you are going through and how I can help you navigate to an expanded place free of suffering. Then let’s get together for a get acquainted call and see how we can work together. Your commitment to yourself of time, finances and energy is all that is needed and we’re ready to go!
